Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 6, 2026

Digiray's fundamental commitment: Unused Credit Points are fully refundable in cash at any time, for any reason, with no expiry and no questions asked.

1. Overview

Digiray Co., Ltd. operates the Hera Dent Vet AI Service on a prepaid Credit Point model. This Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which refunds are provided for Credit Points and other charges associated with the Service.

We believe that veterinary professionals should be able to use AI diagnostic tools without financial risk. Our refund policy reflects that commitment.

2. Credit Point Refunds

2.1 Unused Credit Points — Full Refund at Any Time

Any Credit Points purchased by a User that remain unused may be refunded in full at any time, subject to the following conditions:

  • The User submits a written refund request to refunds@digiray.co.kr from the registered account email address
  • The refund request specifies the number of Credit Points to be refunded (partial refunds of a Credit Point balance are permitted)
  • The Credit Points to be refunded have not been consumed by completed AI analyses

There is no time limit on refund requests for unused Credit Points. Credits purchased years ago are equally eligible for refund as recently purchased Credits.

2.2 Refund Amount

Refunds for unused Credit Points are calculated at the original purchase price paid for those Credits, net of any payment processing fees charged by the payment processor (Paddle) that are non-recoverable by Digiray. The refund amount will be communicated to the User prior to processing.

2.3 Refund Method

Refunds are issued in cash (monetary transfer) to the original payment method used for the purchase, wherever technically possible. Where a refund to the original payment method is not possible (e.g., card expiry), Digiray will arrange an alternative transfer method in agreement with the User.

2.4 Processing Time

Refund requests are acknowledged within three (3) business days of receipt. Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days of acknowledgement. Banking transfer times may vary.

3. Service Discontinuation Refund

In the event that Digiray permanently discontinues the Hera Dent Vet AI Service:

  • All Users with a positive Credit Point balance will be notified by email at least sixty (60) days prior to service termination
  • All unused Credit Points will be automatically eligible for full cash refund
  • Users do not need to submit a separate refund request — Digiray will proactively contact all affected Users to arrange refund payment
  • Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of service termination

4. Completed Analyses — Non-Refundable

Credit Points that have been consumed by a completed AI analysis are non-refundable, except in the circumstances set out in Section 5 (Service Errors).

An analysis is considered "completed" when the AI diagnostic report has been successfully delivered to the Hera Dent Vet software interface.

5. Service Errors and Failed Analyses

If a Credit Point is consumed but the AI analysis fails to complete (i.e., no diagnostic report is returned) due to a technical error on Digiray's systems, the consumed Credit Point will be automatically restored to the User's account balance within twenty-four (24) hours.

If automatic restoration does not occur, the User may report the failed analysis to support@digiray.co.kr, and Digiray will investigate and restore the Credit Point within three (3) business days if the failure is confirmed.

6. Free Trial Period

The thirty (30) day free trial provides up to three (3) analyses per day at no charge. As no payment is made during the trial period, no refund applies to trial analyses.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund of unused Credit Points, please:

  • Email refunds@digiray.co.kr from your registered account email
  • Include your account name, clinic name, and the number of Credit Points to be refunded
  • Our team will confirm your Credit Point balance and provide the refund amount within three (3) business days
Refund requests are processed with no obligation to provide a reason. You may request a refund simply because you no longer need the Service or wish to stop using it.
